QuickBooks Online Integration & Treasury Automation

This website hosts the public privacy disclosures for the Walton Science Olympiad Booster Club’s internal QuickBooks Online integration:

  • Scope of Access: Our internal application connects via Intuit’s OAuth 2.0 API to access customer records, invoices, payments, bills, and vendor details within our organization’s own QuickBooks Online company file.
  • Purpose of Use: All data accessed through the QuickBooks API is used exclusively for internal management, bookkeeping automation, and financial reporting for the Booster Club.
  • Internal Tool Only: This integration is strictly for our own operational use. It is not distributed, licensed, or offered as a public service or third-party application.
  • Data Sharing & Sale: We do not sell, rent, license, or share financial or customer data accessed via QuickBooks Online with any third parties or advertisers.
  • Security & Token Management: API credentials, OAuth access tokens, and refresh tokens are stored securely in encrypted environments and used only by authorized treasury administrators.
  • Access Revocation & Data Deletion: Access can be revoked at any time through the Intuit App Center. To request the deletion of any stored administrative contact records, contact the treasurer at the address below.

Data Retention & Your Rights

We retain financial and operational records only as long as necessary to fulfill nonprofit accounting standards and regulatory reporting obligations. You may contact us at any time to inquire about personal data we maintain or to request record corrections.
