Hope you are enjoying a good Fall. This mail contains some critical action points, please read it fully.
- Walton Science Olympiad team will participate in two upcoming Invitationals –The University of North Carolinas (UNC) at Chapel Hill on Jan 26-28 and Harvard University, MA on Feb 2-4, 2024. In order for us to finalize the logistics like transport, hotel accommodation, food etc. we need you to express interest by November 7th 11:59pm. Tentative cost is mentioned in the form, we will calculate the final amount which needs to be paid in the coming days.
We appreciate your prompt response and commitment to this exceptional opportunity. Science Olympiad is not just a competition but a chance for our students to grow, learn, and shine. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Please take note that once you express your interest, our Coach will assign students to their respective teams to initiate preparations. We encourage everyone to participate.

Our Students will be travelling to University of Georgia for an Invitational on Nov 18. It is a day trip and there’s no extra cost for the trip. We need parent volunteers to ride along with the students in the bus or by their car (please help them carry their builds) and few volunteers to help run the satellite tournament in Walton High School.Trip Name: UGA Science Olympiad Invitational
